You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
In the app: open BELIEVR → More → Delete Account and confirm. Your account, training plan, sessions, wearable data and Coach data are deleted.
Without the app: email support@joinbelievr.com from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete my account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android).
Some records we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting records) are retained for the legal period and then deleted.
